Customer Letter 3:

Dear Mr. Bridge:

Your firm recently installed a Goodman A/C Heat Pump in my residence at [address]. My initial contact with your firm was through the phone book and how long your company has been in business. Scott Hayes came to my house to answer a service call that I couldn’t get the heat to come on one of our cold December days. He solved the problem quickly and politely. I talked with him about new A/C units. He expressed himself about the new units and the new SEER regulations. After the first of the year I contacted your firm again about replacing my existing unit. My contact was with Jeff Colon. His polite and thorough manner left me feeling like I was in the right place with ACME.

We worked out a deal on a Goodman unit. Then we ran into problems with the insulation in the attic. One firm wanted a fortune to remove enough for your men to work. Then I unfortunately suffered a stroke. Then on the week of February 20, your installation men arrived. Don’t have their last names, but I’m sure you will know who I’m referring to when I say Ed, Mike Carl and Wayne. Jeff was coordinating the group. They came each day, went straight to work, everybody knew what their job was. The work moved along smoothly and quietly. On the 23rd, the installation was complete. On the 24th, the Inspector signed-off on the job complete.

I would like to congratulate you, your firm and especially your GREAT professional employees for a job well done. If I can, in the future serve as a reference, please do not hesitate to call on me.
